I am thrilled to announce the publication of my second cookbook:

HOMEGROWN HERB GARDEN: A Guide to Growing and Culinary Uses

On a personal note, this book was a complete labor of love. When the publisher contacted me with the idea of doing a herb cookbook and combining forces with gardening guru Ann McCormick, an expert on growing herbs, I hesitated merely because I did not know how I would have the time. However, you find time, or make it, when you are passionate about something.

The book is a unique marriage of two expertise combined in one book. It is divided into two sections of “In the Garden” and “In the Kitchen” where you will learn everything you ever wanted to know about growing herbs and then cooking with herbs. You will learn what flavors and food pair well with what herbs, and when and how to use them in the kitchen. Recipes include: Basil Wraps, Duck Leg Confit, Pho, Parmesan and Rosemary Panna Cotta, Lamb Chops Roasted on Thyme, and Baked Daurade with Thyme, Olive and Potatoes and Mint Chermoula.
